10/11 Teatro Augusteo, Napoli. Marco Parisi, the promoter &
road manager for the Italian leg of the tour, met me at the airport and
drove me to the Teatro August. It was a very hectic day. My
gear took a beating on the flight and needed repair work. The
first concert of the tour had the expected number of train wrecks, but
was exciting nevertheless. I was trying too hard to stay awake and
concentrate on the music to be messing with a camera during the concert,
so I didn't.

Tony and Robert Frazza (our mixing engineer and technical magician)
getting the kinks out of Tony's bass setup.
The first gig is the hardest. |

My set list. Over the tour they got messier with
intentional misspellings. This one survived, but people were
grabbing them off the stage as souvenirs. One gig, Jesse's was
stolen before we had finished. |
